In 2018, I joined Salesforce as a member of their newly created graduate recruiting program known as the “Scout Program”. In this program, I and 49 other graduates collaborated together for 6 months, working to learn Salesforce’s massive suite of products as well as what working within a Sales organization is like. With each product we covered came a final project to present back as a mock sales pitch themed around a customer brand, this project being themed after Oracle Elevator.

The story follows a Service Agent handling a customer service request utilizing Field Service Lightning. My role was helping conceptualize the overarching narrative of the presentation as well as the design aesthetic of the slides. Additionally, an art of the possible field service app was to be prototyped for the presentation showcasing what the Field Technician’s journey could be like using Salesforce products.
